The World of Pokemon RPG

This is an RPG based on the Pokemon world where you are the trainer. Follow all the basic guidlines plus these.
No catching legends, unless I say so
No always winning battles
Leveling up Pokemon takes a while so don't e realistic

In this roleplay you are a trainer and only start out with one Pokemon and work your way up. The Pokemon you start out with can be almost anything, except for ubers and it must be in it's first eveolutionary state and you don't have to say how you got the Pokemon, it's like how Brocks first Pokemon was Onix, not a starter.

Ok...setting scene.

We are in currently in the Kanto region ( you can still have a sinnoh Pokemon as a starter), but we will go to other places as we move on. Beginning in Pallet Town we are a group of trainers each with only one Pokemon and we have different goals either wanting to be the best Breeder, Trainer, or Research Scientist. I am one of the leaders, Venom. Right now we are in a Pokemon Center, you all can set out on your own adventure, but we will meet up again. I will post when.

STARTING

* Venom leans his head back on one of the chairs in the Pokemon center. How long could one of these buses take to get here? He thought. Ralts was on his lap looking around at the other trainers in his group. Venom gave a long sigh and looked up at some of the people. He could tell they were going to be good*

*Jack had finally recieved his first Pokemon, Shroomish. He was excited and eager to battle. His Shroomish looked very happy to be with him.
"We're going to be the best of friends" I told him.
*They both waited for the bus to arrive. They glanced around, hoping to make friends and some foes along the way.

Name: Charlie
Age: 13
Personality: Calm, and serious.
Starting Pokemon: Snorunt
Trying to be the best: Scientist
Other: Charlie's father was a fabled Pokémon Trainer. Charlie was never interested in battling, much more in the Pokémon themsleves, and how they were the way they were. He is currently trying to work out how his Snorunt isn't affected by the warm Kanto air.


Charlie looked at his Snorunt. It looked worried.
"Hey, no need to worry. Everything is fine," he reassured him. He noticed that the trickle of water flowing down Snorunts side stopped, and froze. Snorunt seemed normal, and fine too.
"Hmm..."

* Venom got up from his seat and held Ralts in one arms. He was going for a stroll outside and would see the bus come. When he got to the door he saw a trainer with his shroomish*

Going to be the best of friends right? What's the little fungus going to beat?

Jack sees some trainer with a ralts who talks bad about his Shroomish.
"My Shroomish can beat the crap out of your ralts, and besides when he evolves, he will be the best!"
Jack can determine that this is going to become a rivalry.

Charlie whipped out his notebook, and flipped to his section on Snorunt, which was, so far, his biggest. He noted:
'Snorunt freeze any water dripping from them when certain about something. This could be sweat, however.'

He heard a boy say something about a little fungus.
"Hmmm.... Shroomish hey..."

*Venom gave a puzzled look toward the boy.*

When and if it evolves. Who is going to want to fave a pathetic thing like that?

* He walked out of the Pokemon Center and sat by a small lake where some psyduck swam. I wonder if I should capture one of these Pysduck for myself. He thought.*

On his way to Professor Oaks lab, taking th grassy shortcut, Aj Tripped on a Pokemon, to be exact it was Rattata. As his first Glance at Rattata, Aj freaked and tripped as he retreated home. By the time All his Scabs from the trip were all clean he went to Pro. Oak's Lab and got his first pokemon. Professor Ran out of All the basic starter, so he had to give me a pokemon he was reserching that time.

Personality: loves to own pokemon and take care of them.

After spending time with Starly, Maruka was researching how pokemon react in unnatural fields. First, he put a vaporeon in a ground field full of sand tombs, Then, he was watching closely how a Duskull battled in a cave. This was known simply, as field training, where the field and battle differences affected how the pokemon grew. This worked well with Starly as the Starly had just been training in a mirage field with odd pokemon and the Starly's offense and defensive skills improved dramatically! then, the Starly had evolved into a Staravia and was in tip-top shape!
