my best looking pokemon are my Rayquaza, Latias, Shiny floatzel, Umbreon, Shiny Umbreon (when my shiny EEVEE evolves XD ) shiny Ditto and (the "regional dragons " per-se) Dragonite, tyrainitar(though he's not a dragon :p) Salamence and garchomp XD XD XD

I think the best looking Pokemon is shiny Mew,and shiny Milotic coming in second. The best looking non-shiny Pokemon is probably Ho-oh.
