Alright some changes.

Take out Forrestress and replace it with a Curse Regirock. Use the set below

-Curse - Curse is to boost your crazy Defense with your Attack.Speed drop is nothing
-Rock Slide - Rock Slide for a STAB Move with the Quakeslide set
-Earthquake - Self explanatory
-Rest - Rest is to recover since it is the only way Regirock can recover while healing yourself from Statues problems


A little bit into the set. Since this is a sandstorm team Regirock's Sp Def is boosted by 1.5 witch goes up to 492 Sp Def coupled by 364 Hp. Its enormous Defense is just monster coupled with Curse making it even higher while raising you attack, lowering you speed does nothing since Regirock is already slow. To make it simple this set can sweep in sandstorm. REGIROCK LOVES TO PLAY IN THE SAND

About moving Forretress. You have no need for a Forretress in your team. Rapid Spin is to clear off Spikes and Stealth Rock correct? Most Spikers are usually Skarmory or Forretress witch you can trap with your Magnezone's Magnet Pull and OHKO with Thunderbolt (will sometimes OHKO Forretress but sometimes not, either way it will still do massive damage) You already have Steelix witch is a good Psychical Wall witch has Stealth Rock so no need for two Psychical Walls in your team. Since of your Ev spread on your Steelix it can serve as a mix Wall as well. Your Hippowdon can Tank as well.

For Gliscor give it a Yachee Barry for you to Swords Dance freely. Another good item is Leftovers Or Life Orb. Leftovers is the superior choice since you have Sand Viel activated because of Sandstorm while giving you the ability to have a longer survivability. Life Orb is also good because you can deal more damage on your foe.
