Rare hits shelves again?

The UK-Game Developer Rare will reveal it's new project at E3 during Microsoft's Press Conference. The company seems to be making a lot of hype over it. On the teaser website the phrase "One in a million" is posted, and a countdown clock to Microsoft's Press Conference.

Emcees Get In On the Action!

DJ Hero, the "Black Sheep" of the musical family, is offering a wider-range with it's sequel. Activision announced DJ Hero 2 at E3 this week. The new tracklist is set to have a wider variety of music, composing of 85+ artists including Kanye West, Lady gaga, Metallica, and My Chemical Romance. New DJ Protagonists will also appear as playable characters aswell. If you already purchased DJ Hero, you can play one song from the new game, a Mash-Up of Lady Gaga's "Just Dance" and Deadmau5's "ghosts 'n Stuff." This demo is available in the Xbox Live Marketplace and the PlayStation Network Store. Rather bust some rhymes than turn the tables? No worry. DJ Hero 2 offers full Microphone Support, as well as better multiplayer modes, where each DJ brings something different to the table, instead of the same notes. Freestyle Scratching also appears to be a new feature, where you can make your own mixes for points rather than the pre-decided charting.

Warriors of Rock: ReDesigned

With Activision's new Guitar Hero title they're also redesigning their peripheral devices. The Guitar has been redesigned with a cleaner look and I can honestly say, this thing looks awesome. Go check out the trailer on IGN. Here are some shots of the controller. Link cuz Huge

SpongeBob gets an MMO?

MTV has gotten SpongeBob an MMOG, God help us all. Gigamedia announced to co-develop a MMOG based on SpongeBob SquarePants. The game will be Nickelodeon's first television show to become an MMOG. This game will launch in 2011 in multiple languages.

Handheld Keyblade?

Kingdom Hearts: Coded was a game for Japanese cell phones complied of five "episodes." A voice actor let it slip that the game will be produced in the US. It is possible that it will be released in episodes in the iTunes App Store, or that all the episodes will be compiled onto one game for the Sony PSP or the Nintendo DS. Square is expected to elaborate on the rumor later.

Anticipated Announces?

All Die-Hard console fans, be sure to keep on the Nintendo and Microsoft's press conferneces at E3 next week. Will Nintendo release more Zelda and 3DS details? What will Microsoft have to say about Project: Natal. Nintendo's conference is at 9:00 AM PDT (12:00 PM EST/5:00 PM GMT) on Tuesday, June 15, and Microsoft's at 10:00 AM PDT (1:00PM EST/6:00 PM GMT) on Monday, June 14.

Some E3 rumors have spawned that Halo: Reach will be released with a 3D option? Bungie has not elaborated on this rumor, so don't expect anything big.

Newcomer to the Music Business?

With all this buzz on Rock Band 3, DJ Hero 2, and Guitar Hero: WoR, there had to be another company to run in and steal the spotlight. PowerGig: Rise of the Six String is a new guitar game that uses an actual electric guitar to control the game. This is bound to steal some fans from Guitar Hero for those people who can't stand those plastic pieces of crap.

Rock Band's Giving PowerGig a Run For It's Money?

That's right. Rock Band 3 will now feature a Stringed Guitar for the control. It works the same as buttons, because the strings can tell where your fingers are located. It's the same as using buttons, just a different feel, no chords to play.

Rock Band 3 will also feature... a keyboard. That's right, a 25-key MIDI keyboard. All the new peripheral is made by MadCatz.

The new Rock Band will also feature a "Pro" mode, that shows you real notes instead of just colored bricks.

i heard about the music game updates. being one that plays the piano in real life, the keyboard addition is intriguing :3

Really? Even over Final Fantasy and Pokemens?

yeah, Golden Sun had best graphics, and that was just for GBA, so DS and what not will be AMAAZING!!!! xD

a games worth is more than merely its graphics :| RPGs need to have good story lines to be great imo (pokemon gen 2 and FF7 as mere examples)

I know, but A game kind of depends on good graphics so you can actually see it xD and my GBA screen was bad and Golden Sun was cool because it didn't look all scratchy, lol, I remmeber when I played Blues Clues and Dora on my GBA XD

If you don't believe me when I say Golden Sun is the best RPG of all time, go play it. The story line is amazing, the graphics are good, it has a load of puzzles and stuff, special things to collect, actually difficult bosses to beat (unlike Pokémon xD) and really interesting main characters.

It's Tracks of Light. At least thats what the japanese name is (when it's translated into english.) You can get Shaymin and Deoxys? Awsm.

I already have a SHAYCHU Shaymin and a TRU Shaymin but still. The SHAYCHU Shaymin is still epic.

what is a shaychu shaymin?

A Shaymin released by the Shaychu staff in a 1-Year Anniversary Goody Bag typed thing. Came with a SHAYCHU Shaymin and Pikachu.
