colors!3D by Collecting Smiles is a fantastic program on the Nintendo 3DS that allow anybody to draw pictures and paint works of art using five different layers presented in stereoscopic 3D. There's also heaps of other things to choose from and, all in all, it's definitely a fun little program. Plus, it's only $6.99/€6.00/£5.40, so it's not like it's Photoshop-expensive but it's also nowhere near as feature-intensive. Which is good, considering its task.

Simply put, it's a feature-rich yet bare-bones painting program that works really well.

The colors! application is also available for the PS Vita, the iOS, and the Android OS, although obviously none of them are in 3D.
