A Shaychu Discord

Yo what's up everyone I'm not dead, it's your old friend Ace who hasn't been here since like 2013-14 can't say. Well anyways I don't use Skype these days BUT I do use something else, something that might bring us survivors back together, a little something called Discord.

What exactly is Discord?

It's kinda like a Skype for gaming but it's more than that, it has many features like a voice chat channel you can jump in and out of with no problem, multiple channels where you can divide up stuff so one channel doesn't get spammed by everyone talking about different things, blahblahblah.

But yeah think about it, the Shaychu Discord, channels could include one for every Gym Leader, one for each Elite Four, one for the Champion of course, a mod/admin room to discuss stuff like who should we ban next, a general/casual channel for just generic talk like "Oh what's up" or whatever, one for just announcements and one for rules. I don't know how many other people have a Discord account so if everyone is down for it I could make the channel and once an actually Admin comes I could just switch to a Mod role (Or stay Admin whatever works) and since Sun and Moon came out I want to try battling competitively again, it's been a long time, so I think it would be great if everyone can share their thoughts.

So if anyone wants to add me you can, and if you want I could even add you to a server I own, some of us play pokemon and we are planning a Sun/Moon tournament in Mid January.

I think it's a relatively cool idea? the idea of catching up with the shaychuians via some kind of chat would be very cool and sentimental ^_^ I like the idea of the whole.. gym-related/ elite four related chat.. in theory. But I think it's unlikely that something like that could happen and live..? The site itself is practically dead. I think it'd be neat to try and revive it and somehow get.. maybe some new blood.. but idk if that'd be possible. Anyway back to my point- personal thumbs up to general chat (if it can be co-ordinated), but we should probably keep it to something like that, unless shaychu suddenly becomes popular again xD

I have been using discord to communicate with electronic musicians lately. I'm down to try it!
