Charity Event

Similar to how the Speed Gamers do every so often, I was thinking Shaychu could have a Charity event!

This would be no time soon, I'm thinking more next december cuz most people will be out of school =]

If it's a decent success we could make it an annual thing, assuming Shaychu is still here by then o_o:;

Well the reason I'm posting this so early is so we can get a lot of ideas for what we would actually do to raise the money.

I was thinking we do a live webcast type thing, using Usteam, with any (active) members who wouldnt mind participating o_o;

Also something Pokemon-Related should be done. I'd rather not do catching all 493 pokemon cuz that would be stealing the entire idea from The Speed Gamers D=

So post your ideas of what we could do, how to do it, how successful you believe the whole thing would be.

Pokemon Rumble (WiiWare)
PokePark: Pikachu's Adventure (Wii Game - 2010 Release dates for USA/Europe)

All of those together would probably accumulate to 72 hours worth of gameplay.

i have PMD time that id be willing to restart and pokemon rumble that im not willing to restart.

RS pinball was kinda boring cuz too easy

Pokemon Dash (yes it does suck, and is actually quite tricky, and hard to record)

I could try and get to my local GAME store and get some Wii points to get rumble, I should be getting PokePark: Pikachu's Adventure when it comes out. I can quite easily get Explorers of Sky too.

Also, I think as we aren't as good as The Speed Gamers, and we probably aren't willing to stay up all night to do it, it'll take more than three days, probably more like a week.

True, but If we get enough people, we could have shifts as far as being on camera.

I'll stay up for 72 Hours XD, I do most days during Summer Break o_o

I don't have a webcam, so I won't be able to show me playing a game, and I won't be able to commentate either, so unless there's another way around that, I can't take part =/
