CAP 2a ~ Stat Spread

a la the old one, we will decide on the stat spread of this new CAP.
Due to my 1337 dcsn skillz, I've chosen Quan's second entry.

Explanation: This Poke Is A Better Blissey a better snorlax just doesnt have a pretty good attack stat

So, the Decoy Sponge...interesting concept. I'd think it was useful.

Attack: Very Low
Defense: Middle
Sp Atk: Very Low
Sp Def: Middle
Speed: Low

Post your own stat spreads for this concept, but remember that it's meant to be a spongs, a better Blissey.
