I copyright the hill, and due to copyright law I sue all of you for trespassing on my hill.

I am enraged by this turn of events! I blow up the Moon, causing the global tidal forces to fluctuate wildly out of balance, causing massive water level changes and flooding the hill. I rebuild the hill on higher ground and sit on it.

I move the hill to Texas with my crane/bulldozer/plane. And since it is in Texas I claim it as my hill and therefore, according to the law, can shoot any trespassers. I then shoot you and watch you fall to the ground and roll off the hill.

As you tried to board the plane you were asked to produce your passport, someone had stolen it. You are now stuck in Texas for a while. In that time I claim the hill to be mine
