Adventures in Pokemon: A Trainer RP ((accepting new characters))

ALex watched as Azurill continued on staring at the pochyena. eventually she got irritated and a little giddy.
"Okay okay Azurill, you can stop, its not doing much because he's asleep."
Alex rummages though her bag for the greatballs and pokeballs she got prom the proffessors lab. She says "well, here goes and she throws a great ball at the poochyena."
(awaiting outcome of capture or not by espi)

Azurill had moved out of Alex's site. Now moving toward the Growlithe, who stops now and stares at it.

"No Azurill. Don't attck that Growlithe!" Azurill shruggs as if to say "I dont have moves that could hurt it anyway" and bounces back to Alex. The great ball thrown at the poochyena still shakes and the Growlithe keeps watching...

Jet stood up injured leg and called out for Makuhita "Makuhita can you carry me deep into the cave?"
"Maku!"
Makuhita lifted jet above His head and Rampaged through the cave "Dang you can run for an obese pokemon!"Jet laughed "Im just kidding ya know!" Jet finnaly caught up to the Robber "DANG MAKUHITA!!!!"Jet said as Makuhita reached full speed and ran into the Robber "Ummm.....Hi?!?!?!?!?!??!??!!"Jet said in panic
"JEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET!!!"
"Ummm dad?"
"Hey son you forgot your Magby!"
"DAD NOT IN FRONT OF THE ROBBER!"

(hmmm guess this thing slipped my mind)

Abby snapped out of what ever she was thinking about and saw That Goldtail was struggling to hold herself up. Sleep powder has hit but Goldtail was somehow fighting it. "Goldtail to use Ember on it once more" she said. Goldtail could barely hold it's eyes open and tried to use Ember.

The ball shakes several times before stopping, sitting at an angle on the ground. The ping comes several seconds later, indicating a successful capture.
The pokedex also beeps and begins listing the poochyena's stats.

The thief doesn't know what to make of the young trainer and shakes his head, "I don't have time to play with you, kid. I have to report back." he states, taking off again.

Goldtail tries her best to fire an ember attack at the tangela like Abby told her butshe was so tired, her eyes kept closing making it hard to aim. She sees a blue splotch that seems to be the tangela and fires an ember at it before succombing to sleep.
The tangela closes his eyes, anticipating the attack. But the burning doesn't come. He opens his eyes cautiously, seeing the vulpix asleep on the grass. He looks to the side and sees one of the small pruned shrubs on fire, sighing in relief that the attack had missed.
He looks side to side, bounding off to yet another area of the garden and peeks into the bushes, "Gela."
Giggling can be heard, "You found me." a little girl, no more than five, emerges from the bushes with a huge smile on her face.
"Gela tangela." the tangela seemed happy about finding the girl, no longer thrashing about or whipping the garden.

Abby looked confused at the little girl. For all she knew Mrs. Gladston didn't have a daughter. she walked over and picked up Goldtail who was sound asleep. Abby looked back over to the little girl and asked, "Is that your tangela?"

Alex jumps up and down and Azurill copies Alex "Yeah! Our first catch!!"
"Come on out Poochyena!" Alex throws the great ball in the air and it opens. the Poochyena lands on the floor....its still sleeping...
"oh," Alex rubbs the back of her head, " I guess I should heal it first" Azurill squints and Poochyena returns back to the pokeball.
Alex looks around and sees the Growlthe. It licks its paw and rubs it behind its ear, looking bored. Then it gets up from its sitting position and walks into the bushes.
Alex's eyes widen and she thinks I want to catch that one too and she starts to run into the bushes too. Azurill is confused but then follows bouncily.
"Wait up Growlithe!"
...And she runs into the bushes.
(( I intend on making this little trip in the woods a short cut that leads her to Callie and Jack))

Alex has been running for a while now, chasing the Growlithe. It's riunning ahead of her. Soon she starts to see some light and she is soon free of the woods. She spots a couple of triners in the middle of a conversation. There are some pokemon too. Alex looks around but there seems to be no sign of the Growlithe.. Alex pouts and walks out to the trainers a bit shyly, Azurill follows.

"Hi." She says to the trainers, who suddenly stop their conversation. Azurill bounces on it's tail ball.

(BTW, espi i really wanna catch that Growlie ^^ I love growlithes XD ...u can tell )

Callie turns to the new voice, "Hi!" she smiles energetically, "My name's Callie G. What's yours?"

Alex smiles shyly. "Um, Alex. And this is Azurill" Alex points to Azurill and he waves and smiles.

Alex looks around. She turns to the other trainer. "Hi." and she looks down at the many pokemon there. One pokemon in particular, a Totodile, is looking fondly at the other trainer.

" I see" Jet started "Makhita?"Makuhita kept running and caught up to the Robber "Hey whatcha doin with that wailmer?Why isnt it in a pokeball?"((xD writers block))

"Nice ta meetcha, Alex and Azurill." Callie smiles, "The 'A-Team'." she laughs, noting that both Alex and Azurill begin with A, "This is Jack and Totodile." she gestures to the other trainer, "He's coming to Viridian City with me."
"Sen. Sentret." Sentret squeaks, creeping over to Azurill shyly.

((the wailmer is in a poke ball bib XD ))

The grunt glares at Jetrey, "What the...you're startin' to bug me, kid. As for what the pokemon is for, that's a secret." he grins smugly, "Now run along or I'll be forced to make you run along." he threatens, turning away from Jetrey again.

((Really?I didnt read that rant and now i read it and...Umm...yeah...I cant think of anything to type I feel like a n00b NOONE GET THE PURPLE TWINKIE!xD))

Alex looks down at the Sentret and Azurill. Azurill jumps a little when the sentret gets close then Azurill bounces happliy.
"I think they get along pretty well, so cute" Alex said a little to her self. Then she turned to Callie and Jack.
"Realy, you guys are going to Viridian? May I come? I've realy nothing to do and I have no clue what I'm doing."
"Azu!" Azurill bounces up and down and so does the Sentret.
Alex hears some faint rustling in the bushes behind but does not pay very much attention to it, she is waiting for the trainers answer.

Jet caught up to the robber at the very end of the cave "Lets go!"Jet shouted and makuhita ran fast up to the robber "Makuhita stop!"Jet commanded Jet saw what turned to be a ranger "Excuse me ranger?"
"Yes?"
"Can u follow that dude in the trench coat?" Jet started "he stole a wailmer!"
"Okay i see!"The ranger bolt of and jet heard a huge crash and the ranger was kod
"Dam?"

Callie grins, "Sure you can come! It's safer in groups, anyway." she adds, glancing down at Sentret and Azurill, "They do seem to get along, don't they? That's good." she smiles, "Now come on. If we hurry, we should reach Viridian before dark."
Callie motions for the two trainers to follow as she trots off down the path.

Close by, in the bushes, the growlithe watches the young trainer Alex. She had captured her friend, Poochyena, and wanted to go with but was afraid of what the round objects trainers used would do to her.
She creeps along, close to the ground, keeping a close eye on the group from the safety of the bushes.

"If you're gonna keep buggin' me, kid, then Zubat's gonna hafta take care'a you. GO!" he sends out a zubat that hovers beside his head.
"Supersonic!"
The zubat begins to screech in an awful high-pitched frequency aimed at Makuhita. The fluctuating sound waves strike Makuhita's ears, disorienting him.

((i need Makuhita's stats before you post again, bib. otherwise i cant calculate the damage from battle. and be reasonable -_- ))

"^^ sounds great" Alex grinned and then skipped to catch up to Callie. Azurill bounced beside Sentret "Azu!" They did seem to get alond fairly well.
Alex takes out her great ball that holds the Poochyena "I need to get to a pokecentre anyway. I just caught a poochyena and I had had to put it asleep. So, I need to heal it incase we run into a battle. I have Azurill, but he seems kinda tired" Alex looks back at Azurill and laughs at his state , "Maybe not" she grinns. "Azu!!"

"OH CRIPz!"jet started makuhita was in a daze but was looking ok "maku try a tackle!"Maku ran forward but missed it looked as if maku was confused "Ummmm!Maku try fake out!"

"Ok! Let's hurry then." Callie replies, skipping off down the path toward Viridian. She stops a little ways out and motions for Alex to follow her before continuing.

"Quick attack!" the grunt shouts to the zubat, sending it streaking toward makuhita at a blindingly fast pace.
Makuhita steps forward and, in a moment of clear thought, tries to strike the zubat while its guard is down. His attack is dodged easily and the zubat zips around a slams into Makuhita, causing him to stumble forward and fall.
The zubat returns to her trainer's side, "Zuzu." she squeaks, echoing around the cavern.
"Is that it, kid? That the best you got?" the grunt taunts, seeming angry rather than confident.


((fake out fails, it only works if used as the first attack on the first turn. quick attack hits for decent damage))

Jet rey watched in a daze "MAKUHITA RETURN!" Jet said Makuhita returned to a pokeball "Go magby!" Magby ran up from behind him and took a fighting pose "Magby Ember attack!"Magby released a flare of small flames ((I think that was how ember was describe xD)) from his gaping mouth the flames ran towards the Zubat "Now leer!" Magby had an intimidating Face and Glared At The Zubat ((OR Lazor beems came out of his eyes))

hm? Abby snapped out of her day dream. "gah how long have I been standing here?!" she shouted. "-.-; vul pix vul" said Gold Tail. Abby and Gold Tail rushed out of the garden. ABby was rushing through the town when suddenly...... CRASH! She had ran into someone. It was a boy a few years older then her with a Hoothoot that appaerently was on his shoulder but had fallen off. "Ow...." mumbled Abby. "What in Arceus's name r u doing here?" asked the boy with an odd tone in his voice. "Heading out of here" answered Abby. "That's not a good idea kid, some weird dude is battling this three kids a little bit down the road he looks pretty tough so you better head back." No way Jose" insteaded Abby. The boy stood up and helped Abby up and said, "hm your a either brave or just cocky for going after some dude who's trying to steal poor kids' pokemon," the young boy said. "well if your going to help those kids you better get going." said the boy walking off. "oh and by the way, i'm Jamie and you must be Abby I assume?" How do you know my name?" asked Abby. "oh I just do" said Jamie. Abby shrugged off the encounter and rushed towards the fight. A man who looked like a biker with a bayleef was attacking three young kids, two boys and a girl. Down on the ground in front of them was a happiny,a mudkip, and a pidgey who looked like they were close to fainting. Gold Tail growled making their presense known to the man. "HEY WHAT R U DOING HERE KID?!" he screamed. "oh shiz..." muttered Abby. Just like that she had gotten herself into a fight.

The embers hit the zubat before the grunt can name an attack, making her screech in pain and surprise.
"Bite!" the trainer calls the next attack, sounding irritated at being caught off-guard like that by a kid.
His zubat dives into Magby, sinking her fangs into the young pokemon with all her might before flying away.
Magby drops to his knees before falling forward, eyes swirling in defeat.
"Are you done wasting my time yet?" the grunt growls.


((remember your pokdex, it can give you a little information about your enemy. ember hits for a small amount of damage. bite hits for normal damage and KO's magby))

((a bayleef? -_- you do remember your pokemon are only lv 5. bayleef would need to be at least lv 16...))

The biker glares at Abby, "I said, Whaddaya want!?" he shouts.
"Bay bay." his pokemon growls, mimicing the trainers glare.

((I know i can but Jet rey is only a beginner so he probably wouldnt know ))

"Jet use your pokedex!"Jets Dad said
"Oh yeah thanks!"Jet Took his Pokedex out and Scanned the Zubat ((INSERT STATS AND OTHER RANDOM INFO HERE)) " so Zubats are weak to Electric rock psychic and ice...MAKU GO!!"Makuhita ran out not confused "Wow cool!" Jet then scanned maku for all his moves "Arg no good moves to use against a zubat!" ((xD time to do it like in the Show)) "Maku Arm thrust the wall!" ((I just wanna see what will happen xD))Makuhita rammed the wall with his Arm and the ceiling began to crumble "Yeah maybe not the smartest Idea..."

(yeah bayleef was the only thing I could think of so... yeah)

"uh... nothing I just need to get through...." studdered Abby. That lie didn't work out too well.It didn't work because Gold Tail was nose to nose with the Biker's Bayleef growling at it. "OH DEAR GOD" screamed Abby with big eyes like in those Japanese cartoons. "Bayleef get that fox!" commanded the biker. The Bayleef raised it's head, "Gold Tail get back here!" shouted Abby, but Gold Tail didn't listen. Abby relized that some steam was coming out of Gold Tail's mouth. GOld Tail opened her mouth and an Ember came out. Abby wondered how this battle would end. She glanced and saw that the bayleef was angered but didn't attack Gold Tail. "odd..." mumbled Abby.

( GLAD TO SEE THE RPGERS RPGING AGAIN!!)

Alex smiles widely. Then she looks back at Jack. He looks a litle dumbfounded. Is he a mute? She wonders. The totodile looked happy, and so did Jack, BUT HE WASN"T MOVING!

"Comin' Jack?"
Azurill jumps up and down on the spot, but doesn't say anything.

Huge boulders break away from the ceiling, crashing around the two trainers, "What d'you think you're doing?! You'll cause a cave-in like that!" he growls, producing three more pokeballs from his belt. Throwing them to the ground, they unleash three wurmple, "String shot! NOW!" he yells at them, pointing at the ceiling. ((self-preservation XD))
The trio look up at the cave roof and spray thin, sticky strands up to it to hold the boulders in place. Several smaller rocks are still falling through but much of the major damage has been halted.
The grunt glares at Jet, positively seething, "Are you trying to kill me?! All for some blasted useless pokemon?!" he shouts, gripping the stolen wailmer's pokeball tightly before whipping it at Jet's head, "Take the stupid thing but remember, I won't go so easy on you if you mess with me again." he turns and runs, his zubat tailing close behind.

The bayleef shakes its head to get the soot off his face. He looks up to his trainer, "Leef." he grins, shaking his head, "Bay bayleef..." he laughs, still shaking his head.
The biker also grins, "He said you're not worth our time and it didn't hurt." he translates, folding his arms, "So I suggest you find another way around, little girl."

((ember does minimal damage. btw, thats considered autohitting ))

Callie stops again, "Wake up, Jack! We're going to Viridian so come on." she shouts at him in an attempt to snap him out of whatever trance he was in.

Jet caught the pokeball abd said "In your face dad TV doesnt lie!"
"..."Jets dad said ((Well he had no comment))
"Maku get us outta here!" Maku grabbed jet and grabbed Jets dad and ran away out of the cave "Did this cave get longer?" Jet asked
Jet was still in the cave and after about 5 minutes he was out i swore it only took us 1 minutes to go in there seriously"Jet said "Return Maku" PUNCHU((Pokeball sounds xD)) He looked around and saw the girls that got jacked ((By a guy named Jack in a team of people that arent worth Jack xD)) "Heres You wailmer back"Jet took the pokeball and handed it to her "Okay Dad time to go talk to Brawley...Hey why did you want me to talk to brawley again?"
"Um...Nothing i'll take you back to Kanto!"
"Can i say Hi?"
"Ill do it for you!"
"Okay >.>"Jet rolled his eyes "Justin wanted to stay here so we can leave now"
"Sure lets go..."
Jet was up in his helicopter awaiting his journey back to Kanto





PSH "OH MY GOD DAD WHY DID YOU JUMP OFF?"
