Banned People Usernames and stuff

As you'll see in the admin panel, I added a 'Banned' usergroup, so people would know who is banned by the color of their name. But since most of the colors are already taken up by other groups, would it be better to put, say, a strike through their username? I tried the BBcode in the group title, that didn't work. I looked through Forumotion, and found nothing.

Coloring the banned group is nice and all, but not only is the color not noticable, but there's no other real way to tell who's banned. Ideas or solutions?

Another problem, everyone seems to be able to ban people via the Profiles page. With a little troubleshooting, I found that it's not Forumotion's fault, and that removing mod priveleges from groups doesn't help.
