WHO's the RULER?? Empty WHO''s the RULER??

Ok.. in... Platinum, in the new area .. oh! ok resort area ^^ i forgot the name for a second. Ok well, some guy in a swimsuit says that "no one beleives him but there is a RULER in the resort area if you fish with your super rod there" Does anyone know about this or know what the RULER is? my brother and I were playing the game and fishing w/ the super rod there and all we could find were MAGIKARP. but we did find the magikarp at high levels. the highest level we found them was 82. (I KNOW CRAZY RIGHT!) anyway but we thought that the ruler might be a level 100 magikarp (which really wuddnt be that good) but it says that u can't find gyarados there so we thought maybe they pulled a trick and you could only find one gyarados and it wud be shiny. IDK but if anyone does know somethng, PLEASE TELL ME I AM BEGGING TO KNOW!

82? O_o

I found one at Lv. 59, that's the highest I found. But the 'ruler' he's talking about is, in fact, a Lv. 100 Magikarp. Thrilling, huh?
