Those are defaultly put there by Forumotion. I guess we forgot to take them out. >.<

In some forums, they are used for, like you said, to be able to buy stuff and stuff, but we don't really do that ATM. If a lot of the members liked the idea, we might be able to do something with it, but it could get complicated.
