i noticed that theres a pokemon art board but no general art board. could we expand the existing board or make a new forum to incorporate art of all genres?

Why not call the section just 'Art'?
Because then everything to do with Art can be put there, instead of lots of different boards.

we can leave it as it is, and automatically assume the Pokemon art board qualifies for all kinds of art.

thats prolly what well have to do variant since none of the admins seem to care about this question
