several ppl have been wanting to change their names recently. currently it is unregulated and free but i had a thought...
we could assign a point value to changing your username. an admin would simply deduct the points from the users profile everytime they change their username. this way it deters them from wanting to change so often and yet leaves the option open

Some forums only allow name changes once every three months, but that sounds like a great idea!
