This tourney hasen't ended nor has it started yet, and untill it starts and finishes were not ending it. Wow thats confusing... anyways max is 16 people to join instead of 12 now so the people who have already joined are in so however many spots are left is how many more people can join. Remember winner is the best of the best on Shaychu (Not literally). Only UU/NU/NFEs are allowed, no BLs or anything else only those 3 tiers.
