In this step, we will choose an Ability for this Hybrid. To select an ability, just post what abilities you would like to nominate for this CAP.

Okay C'MON! tell me that levitate is not the absolute best idea! it totally eliminates the problem from ground moves and it makes sense because its a sky shaymin in the hybrid! xD
