Espeon quick question

Can I host Contest and be like a Contest Manager?

I don't really partake in them but I got some ideas to how they would go with some different themes, I would just need some judges and I would have to make a ribbon

so you want to do the platinum contest then? thats fine. as long as youre familiar with the structure of the contests then ill make you a judge.
