If a pokemon teleported to the spacetime continuum and disinegrated as it was falling back to the region its in and used wish a regain HP will it die from impact or the burn?

Most likely the burn because Wish isn't an instant move and while it's using Wish, it's already falling back to the Earth. Also, Wish doesn't heal status conditions, so it will be Burned until death.

Is it possible to get a shiny event pokemon? Some people claim on Serebii that they cannot be shiny except WSC Milotic and Zigzagoon.

They can not. Nintendo and Game Freak programmed the Pokemon exactly to match what they want of the Pokemon. There are no odds.

What is a unown?if it was unown who found it?

If pokemon are named after the sounds they make, how are all the legendaries named? they just scream and why is unown named unown? if its actually "unknown", then how can it be named that?
