Let's add clans!

I think clans would be a great idea since it also makes pokemon forums a lot more fun, this forum is great already so imagine the improvements with clans? anyway, ill leave that up to steven stone to decide or whoever decides this stuff lol but for the while, tell me if YOU think that clans would be a good idea in the poll.

The problem w/ clans is it usually tends to bring a lot of chaos to forums. and also, some people feel left out of the fun, but no not want to be involved in the choas. so i think this shouldn't be added.

could you explain what they are? im not familiar with this concept

clans lead to clan wars...wars lead to bad things
also, clans tend to get in eachothers faces, we don't need anymore people getting upset

meh, probably, but your avi is actually aclan avatar from anotherpokemon clan called GGB thats the trademark, putting the specs onto different avis, i should know i had a war with that clan, was a wierd two weeks, their leader, amadeus, got all up in my face lol and the clan are idiots...

First off Clan Wars are the hole point of clan forums. If a site dies becasue of clans then that means that the clans were made and full of immiturity and the site admins could care less to keep there site in order. I say "Yes" becasue im in multiple clans and there fun as heck, but they have to be watched and kept in order otherwise it will lead to problems and arguments and all that other stuff that wastes my time =/. Most sties like marriland and what not give people the option to make as many clans as they the want and be in as many clans as they want casuing problems. Well, this site that ive been with since like '06. Has a system were there the offical clan of there site and then smaller clans that were made the the foum members. But there all pokemon realated. For example the clan im in "Demonic Darkrais" are in a war with "The Slow Bros" its not a real war we just battle and get records and then at the end of 5 monthswhen a season finishes the clan with the most clan war wins gets a prive and get put in the hall of fame for that season. Theres also this thig were we have the pokemon clan were in we have that poke in our sig so on that site in my sig theres a "" just so that i represent my clan. And this system has worked beatifly for around 11 months now that ive been with the site. But again this will only work if people are willing to make it fun. =/

Shay, I hate clans. I've seen dozens of sites DIE from clans. Shaychu forums shouldn't die at such a young age..
