Staff Reformation

So today in the chat, a discussion got started about staff., and the 8 people in the chat all agreed that this site NEEDS change, 4 of those people being part of the staff themselves.
Here are all of the ideas people think should be done. Their names are not posted due to privacy reasons.
Many people think that:
Ash needs to be deadmined, his lack of activity makes him not needed, Even though he founded the site.
Jack also needs to be deadmined, because he frankly doesn't give a flying frito anymore.
We also believe Espeon should become the new owner, as she is clearly the most responsible of the staff, and does 95% of the administrative work.
Also, a general staff reformation is needed, removing inactive staffers and those who don't do anything.

There are 25 active members. 1 of who is new. It is only your old and loyal members who keep this site alive. And if we quit, the site is destined to die.

I think the site may need a restyle and some stuff, the owners need to start advertising people and make events that help get the site active i agree with everything everyone is saying and most of it was me too.. the site needs a big change its dying fast. Dont ignore this shay... Please... Something needs to be done

Ash is never on
Jack is only on if the site is lively

No one is battling any of the gym leaders, naruto said himself as champion he hasnt even fought anyone for his spot

ash is on. late at night. but you guys have to know this. the reason im not on that much is because things are happening with my family that i'd rather leave unsaid. I am really busy right now. Also, i am planning a tour overseas this summer. i apologized for not being on as often but i nearing the end of the school year and i need to finish strong if i want to go on the tour.

I do agree somewhat. Ash and Shay are a bit inactive, but the pure fact is that they created the site, and the fact can't be changed. Also, Shay couldn't relinquish his account even if he wanted to unless he were to give his password to the new founder (I highly doubt this will happen), meaning even if the account name is changed and overdone, all the posts that Shay made will be with the person who the account would be trusted to.
My idea is to get an extra admin to do things because of the extreme inactivity of 2 of the admins, which I think could strike a middle-ground. The mods IMO are fine as they are.
And before anyone says anything about me, I'm on here EVERY DAY as most of you noticed, and the only reason I don't do as much as others is because frankly there isn't much to do. When work needs to be done, I'll quite gladly do it upon the first request. Yes, I have the ability to read minds.
My idea is to get an extra admin to do things because of the extreme inactivity of 2 of the admins, which I think could strike a middle-ground. The mods IMO are fine as they are.

i think theres an option in the admin panel to transfer ownership to another member. shays account would remain as it is now it simply wouldnt be the legal owner account anymore. it has to do with emails and things, i cant remember exactly cuz ive never had to actually do it. i found it once when i was admin of kingdra forums but i forgot where it was... cant find it anymore either, nyuu

suggestion would be...? 5 admins seems like a lot to only have three fully active. ive also noticed some counter-productivity among the mods...

espe knows ;-; she sees your name on the members active in the last 24 hours thing often. there isnt usually a ton of admin work to do, most of what i do a mod could handle ((aside from the banning/unbanning and badge awarding))

However Cirrus, even though Jack is unable to give up his admin (unless espy's method works), he could still name one of the admin the head admin. This admin could make any change to the site without consulting the other admins, like the current set-up is.
We may not need to change the staff at all, but the inactive staff needs to get off their lazy asses and do some work around here for a change.

If there is nobody doing something on this site we could just move to another site.
Espeon's site is dying because she is busy trying to keep Shaychu alive.

I know this seems like a vague threat, and nobody may care, but if Jack doesn't do SOMETHING about this soon, I'm quitting. Mostly because there's no point on being on a site who's owner doesn't gaf about it.
