HEARTGOLD/ SOULSILVER ADVENTURES!!

Okay. So this is a new RPG. I really don't know how good or how long it will last.. but I'd like to give it a try.

The title pretty much gives alot of what it's about away already. Some things would change from the storyline, of course, but ultimately, its based on the Johto/Kanto region adventure in HGSS. I'll add in other things to make it more interesting too xD

These are the choices of starters for the region. I think a max of around ten entries would be good.. (if we could get that many. If there are more.. I'll add a couple more pokemon)

1. Only a max of two paragraphs per post. (paragraph= 6-8 sentences or less)
2. No attempts at role-playing other peoples characters just to make the story go faster.
3. Your character is NOT the greatest therefore it he/ she does NOT actually win EVERY SINGLE BATTLE. Your character isn't perfect.. so don't RP like you're the master at pokemon.
4. For Forum Safety sakes, don't swear of any kind or put other people down. Obviously, forum rules apply in this RPG too.

Occasionally wears a bright pink hoodie. She also wears a jean skirt which I couldn't draw because of lack of space, and purplish Running Shoes.

If you must know, her bra size is approximately 36C. Don't ask.
She's also 16, but don't ask her.

Personality: Generally a stereotypical teenage girl with a rather dark history, as discussed in the next section. Overactive, giddy, hyper, and has a tendency for cute things.

History: Alice's parents both died in a fire that killed 251 people when she was three, and was relocated to an abusive foster family. After being broken physically, emotionally, and sexually for (I want to say ten but that's too long, five being a bit too short, so I'd go with) eight years, Alice was finally noticed by a kind old man that adopted her, sheltered her and protected her within a Pokemon day care, allowing her to live a normal life for once in her 11-year-old life.
Five months after starting this new life, a man asked his Garchomp to be raised in the day care. Symptoms of PTSD (fine, stickler, it's ASD, but who's complaining?) started occurring, and Alice was temporarily moved to a hospital to prevent harm to herself and others. It was discovered that Garchomp was the Pokemon that burned her parents in the fire, but Alice was soon to feel much worse: the hospital blew up due to a malfunction in the wiring, and 151 people died in the explosion; Alice, thankfully, was not one of them, but she went even deeper into insanity. Three days after the incident, the old man running the day care and his was-hospitalized wife who not only survived the explosion but was also feeling much better found Alice approximately five miles away from the hospital, on the side of the road in the fetal position, wearing raggedy hospital clothing and covered in her own vomit and snot and ashes from the explosion. The old couple once again took care of her, and Alice recovered from the physical damage and most of the mental damage.
On a vacation to Viridian City ("I'M ON THE ROAD TO VIRIDIAN CITYYYYYYYY"), the old man and Alice were taking a walk when suddenly the old man collapsed; a boy wearing a red cap noticed him mumbling something about coffee, and pointed it out to Alice, who promptly bought a cup of espresso for him. The red boy came back and the old man revealed his previous expertise as a Pokemon trainer by teaching him (and by extension, Alice) how to catch a Pokemon. Arriving to their home near Goldenrod, Alice was tutored by the old man in basic Pokemon knowledge.
Three years later, in the day care, a person named Mr. Pokemon deposited two odd Pokemon that Alice had no recognition of, and eventually they found an egg; Mr. Pokemon was amazed and immediately went off to Cherrygrove to deliver the egg to a friend of Professor Elm. What he didn't know was that there were two eggs. Alice adopted the second one and it hatched into a Togepi on her 16th birthday. The old wife gave her a Pokegear and the old man gave her some Poke Balls to start off a journey that would last her...quite a long time.

(I like how PETA this site is so I decided to be cruel to a human because nobody cares about cruelty to people here, only "inhumane slaughtering" of quadruped and winged animals. I could've gone much much worse but I got sloppy. Oh, and I used many hidden references in the entire application; try to find them all!)

Appearance: 5'6, Light Brown hair, athletic, fair skinned (yay for not being racist ^_^), blue t-shirt and jeans/blue 3/4 trousers.

He is 14, and has a younger sister called Molly, who is 8. He recieved his Totodile from his father, a water Pokémon fanatic (yay )

Hair Color: medium brown, usually wears it in a messy bun or loose ponytail
Eye Color: silver in the right, amber in the left. wears large round glasses most of the time
Other: very messy-looking, her hair is in dreads with a few crystal beads woven into places. she has mis-matched clothes, wearing a white tee shirt under a pink flaafy-printed tank and a green miniskirt over black leggings and purple running shoes. the resulting look seeming very much like her closet exploded on her and she walked out the door that way.
her pokegear is green, her pokedex is orange, and her shoulder bag is yellow with light green striping. color explosion, woah!
she enjoys combing the beach in the mornings and has found many 'treasures' this way, mostly bits of colored glass and some sticks. she did find a pretty silver feather once and had it made into a necklace that she wears at all times.

Appearance: Mostly wears jeans. lots of sweaters. either very , very colourful or everything black & white. Blue eyes and dark brown hair: often in a ponytail or braids.
Other Character Info you might want to share (ie. Background, likes/dislikes, personality): Chelsea has grown up with the many children of New Bark Town. She has lived there all of her life waiting until that faithful day that she would be 10! But when age 10 came around, her father died and her mother became ill from depression. She has postponed her pokemon journey for 5 years to take care of her mother, so she harnesses many skills (ie: cooking, cleaning) and someone has finally come along to replace her as care-giver. Her mom urges her to finally start her journey, and so she leaves but promises to visit often. (so technically, my character is 15)

ooh Variant, the one about him mumbling about coffee, that's at the start of the Kanto region games, when you can't go passed because the old man is mumbling about coffee. Then when he gets coffee he teaches you how to catch pokemon ^_^
